2. Product Information

Actual product formula, packaging, size, MOQ, price, lead time and document availability may vary depending on customer requirements, raw materials, packaging materials, production schedule and market regulations.

3. Private Label and OEM/ODM Services
Baiyur Beauty provides private label and OEM/ODM skincare solutions, including but not limited to formula selection, custom formula development, packaging customization, label and box design support, sampling and bulk production.
All private label or custom manufacturing projects are subject to separate confirmation, including formula, packaging, artwork, MOQ, quotation, payment terms, production time, shipping method and required documents. Final details will be confirmed by quotation, proforma invoice, contract, email or written communication between both parties.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Any quotation provided by Baiyur Beauty is based on the information available at the time of quotation. Prices may change due to raw material cost, packaging cost, order quantity, exchange rate, shipping cost, design requirements, testing requirements or other project changes.
A quotation does not become a confirmed order until both parties agree on the final details and payment terms.
5. Samples and Production
Samples are provided for product evaluation, formula testing, packaging review or quality confirmation. Sample lead time and sample cost depend on the product type and customization requirements.
Bulk production will only begin after sample approval, artwork confirmation, packaging confirmation and payment arrangement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Production time is an estimate and may be affected by material availability, packaging production, testing, holidays, logistics or other factors beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, artwork files, logo files, packaging instructions, shipping information and any market-specific compliance requirements.
Customers are also responsible for confirming whether the product formula, ingredients, claims, packaging, label content and marketing materials comply with the laws and regulations of their target market.
7. Product Claims and Regulatory Compliance
The information on this website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Skincare product descriptions are for cosmetic positioning and general product reference only.
Customers should review and confirm all product claims, ingredient lists, labeling requirements and import requirements according to the laws and regulations of their selling country or region before launching any product.
8. Intellectual Property
